In a rapidly changing and transforming global world, our Faculty has made it its core mission not only to equip students with professional knowledge, but also to educate individuals who think analytically, possess a critical perspective, are committed to ethical values and have a strong sense of social responsibility. To this end, while shaping our teaching activities with an interdisciplinary approach, we regard contributing to science and society through our research as one of our top priorities.

Developments in information technology are changing and transforming life not only quantitatively but also qualitatively. We took these developments into account when designing the Departments of Management Information Systems, Psychology, Business Administration, and International Trade and Finance, which provide education and conduct research within our Faculty. Our academic staff, who are highly competent in their fields and have international experience, offer our students an education that meets universal standards, while making significant contributions to the national and international literature through high-quality research. Building on an educational approach that brings theory and practice together, our Faculty aims to prepare its students not only for today but also for the uncertainties of the future.

Aiming to offer a high-quality learning environment through a student-centered approach to education, our Faculty's key priorities include contributing to the production of knowledge and technology by strengthening its scientific research capacity, creating social benefit in line with the Sustainable Development Goals, and reinforcing effective governance by expanding institutional digitalization.

Among our priorities are giving our students a global perspective and offering them opportunities to learn through interaction with different cultures by means of international collaborations, exchange programs and joint projects. In addition, by integrating the key dynamics of our age, such as digital transformation, sustainability and innovation, into our teaching and research activities, we support our students in becoming competent individuals in these fields.

Our Faculty embraces an approach that values not only academic achievement but also social, cultural and ethical development. We consider our greatest achievement to be our students becoming individuals who can turn the knowledge and experience they gain throughout their university life into benefits for society.
