Faculty of Pharmacy

Dear Students, Ankara Medipol University, a young and rapidly growing university, began its academic life in 2018. We are a young, dynamic and fast-developing university with beautiful historic buildings and a spacious campus in the heart of Ankara, as well as a modern and innovative teaching building on our Anafartalar campus. Education at our university goes beyond a standard diploma programme: it is a system that prioritises career planning, guides students towards scientific research, and provides the necessary infrastructure for those who wish to become scientists. Its aim is not only to train scientists but also to equip graduates with the qualities to bring innovation, contribution and a scientific approach to every field in which they work. We strive to educate our students with entrepreneurial qualities for today's changing and evolving professional fields, guided by the awareness of our Aesthetics of Civilisation programme, enabling them to adapt their education to international settings.

The history of the pharmacy profession dates back to the beginning of human history. It is a profession in constant development alongside advances in science and technology, and its importance in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries grows every day. With this awareness, since 2019 our Faculty of Pharmacy has been providing education, in line with the mission and vision of our university and faculty, with the aim of training qualified pharmacists who are modern, innovative and entrepreneurial, uphold professional ethical values, have acquired the habit of lifelong learning, prioritise public health, possess the strong academic foundations required for their education, and contribute to the development of our country.

With our dynamic, visionary and versatile academic staff, we aim to offer our students an education programme that meets their present and future needs and is fully aligned with the Core Education Programme and Pharmacy Accreditation standards. We are well aware of the importance and beauty of university life and the student years. For this reason, in addition to academic education, we organise activities that both prepare our students for professional life and broaden their social and cultural horizons. Through social elective courses, sports activities, student clubs, social responsibility projects and trips, we contribute to every aspect of our students' lives. Through the Erasmus+ programme, we introduce our students to different cultures via exchange programmes. We support our successful and motivated students in pursuing minor and double major programmes.
