STRESS MANAGEMENT, FOCUS AND LEARNING ENHANCEMENT SEMINAR FOR STUDENTS

Today, we had a very enjoyable meeting with Ankara Medipol University Operating Room Services students. What happens in our brain under stress, and why do we sometimes freeze or make mistakes… we talked about all of it and came to understand it together.It was reassuring for all of us to see that most of these reactions are not a sign of “inadequacy” but entirely biological processes.Many thanks to everyone who attended and contributed.
