MISSION
The mission of the Health Tourism Management program is to train a workforce that adheres to ethical values in the fields of health, tourism and management, possesses an entrepreneurial spirit and innovative thinking skills, and is able to compete at national and international levels. The program aims to train professionals who are familiar with effective and efficient management strategies in health tourism, embrace continuous improvement through a quality-oriented management approach, use available resources effectively, and work with an awareness of sustainable development.
In line with this mission, the program aims to:
- Develop students' professional knowledge, skills and competencies within the framework of a quality assurance system,
- Conduct education and training processes with a continuous improvement approach,
- Train individuals who are proficient in international patient processes,
- Train individuals who are responsive to the needs of the sector, stakeholders and society,
- Foster lifelong learning, critical thinking and problem-solving skills,
- Equip graduates with competencies that enhance their employability.
VISION
The vision of the Health Tourism Management program is to become one of the internationally recognized and preferred branded academic and practice centers that continuously follows developments in the healthcare industry and is able to integrate digital health services into the field of health tourism. With its multidisciplinary structure, the program aims to train managers with leadership skills in the health tourism sector and, in line with this goal, adopts a student-centered, value-oriented approach to education and training.
In line with this vision, the program aims to maintain an educational approach that:
