| 1 | 2024 | As part of the preparations for the 2026-2030 strategic plan, the Strategic Plan Circular (No. I) was issued. |
| 2 | 2024 | The Strategy Development Board member list of our University was established. |
| 3 | 2024 | The Strategic Planning Team was formed by decision of the University Executive Board (Strategy Development Board). |
| 4 | 08.08.2024 | The Strategic Planning Team held its first meeting chaired by our Rector, Prof. Dr. Ahmet Zeki ŞENGİL. At the meeting, a Draft Preparation Program was prepared and submitted to the Strategy Development Board for approval. |
| 5 | 22.08.2024 | A training program was organized for the Strategic Planning Team by Mr. Ali KARAGÖZ, Senior Expert at the Presidency of Strategy and Budget of the Presidency of the Republic of Türkiye. |
| 6 | 27.08.2024 | In line with the decision taken by our University's Strategic Planning Team at its meeting on 27.08.2024, the Strategic Plan Preparation Program was completed and approved by the Strategy Development Board, and it was announced to the public on our University's website on 02.09.2024. |
| 7 | 02.09.2024 | The Strategic Plan Preparation Program was published on our University's website and announced to the public. |
| 8 | 2024-2025 | As part of the preparations for the 2026-2030 Strategic Plan, the Presidential Annual Programs, the 12th Development Plan, the Medium-Term Program and university establishment analyses were reviewed; it was announced at the 12th Quality Commission meeting held on 24.03.2025 that the preparation process would be completed in May 2025. |
| 9 | 21.07.2025 | It was announced at the 14th Quality Commission meeting held on 21/07/2025 that the 2026-2030 Strategic Plan would be submitted to the Senate for approval. |
