Message from the Head of Department

Dear Visitors and Future Dietitians,

As the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at Ankara Medipol University, we began our journey in 2019 with the mission of educating professionals who will build a healthy future for society, think on the basis of scientific evidence and embrace ethical values. Since graduating our first class in 2023, we have taken pride in raising the quality of our education to international standards.

Today, the field of Nutrition and Dietetics has evolved into a multidisciplinary discipline encompassing digital health systems, artificial intelligence and medical nutrition approaches. With a distinguished academic staff featured on the "World's Most Influential Scientists" lists, our department equips students not only with theoretical knowledge but also with a vision focused on research, technology and social benefit.

We complement the hands-on opportunities offered in our laboratories (Principles of Nutrition, Food Chemistry and Microbiology, Anthropometry) with an up-to-date curriculum. By conducting our field training within the framework of "Professional Practice", we help our graduates develop their clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills to the fullest.

We welcome all young people who wish to join us, guided by science, in protecting and promoting health, to the Ankara Medipol family.
