Shift değişikliği talep eden öğrenciler, geçerli sebeplerini belgelemek koşuluyla ekteki dilekçeyi doldurup elden teslim etmelidir.
(Çalışma belgesi, ikametgah vb. resmi belgeler değerlendirmeye alınacaktır.)

Students who wish to request a shift change must complete the attached petition and submit it in person, with valid supporting documents. (Official documents such as proof of employment, residence address, etc. will be taken into consideration.)
