Membership and Use

Academic and administrative staff and students of our University are automatically members of our library. Newly enrolled students must visit the library and ask the reference librarian to activate their account.

Borrowing

You can find the call number of the book you need and the library it belongs to at katalogtarama.ankaramedipol.edu.tr or on the library catalog search computers.
You can borrow books through the librarians by presenting your Turkish ID Card, Medipol Student Card or Driver's License.
Academic staff may borrow 5 books for 21 days, with a 15-day renewal.
Administrative staff may borrow 3 books for 15 days, with a 15-day renewal.
Students may borrow 3 books for 15 days, with a 15-day renewal.
Master's and doctoral students may borrow 3 books for 21 days, with a 15-day renewal.

Electronic Library

Periodicals

All issues of periodicals may be borrowed except the latest issues held in the library.
Borrowing privileges for periodicals are as follows:
Academic and administrative staff: 2 items for 45 days,
Students, master's and doctoral students: 1 item for 30 days.

*A daily late fee applies to overdue materials.
