Pharmaceutical Technology is a pharmaceutical discipline encompassing all technologies related to the development and testing of pharmaceutical dosage forms of active substances of natural, semi-synthetic and synthetic origin, as well as the use of medicines. Our department has teaching and research laboratories equipped with state-of-the-art instruments, in addition to the materials and equipment required for preparing classical magistral prescriptions. The Department of Pharmaceutical Technology teaches Pharmacy students the Pharmaceutical Technology course over four semesters, as well as Cosmetic Products, Biopharmaceutics and related elective courses.
