We Represented Our University at the National Zero Waste Cooking Competition

Utku OĞUZ, a 4th-year student in the Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts at Ankara Medipol University, successfully represented our university with his dish “Golden Sprouts from Crumbs” at the “Transformation in the Kitchen – National Zero Waste Cooking Competition” held in Kayseri as part of “March 30 International Day of Zero Waste.” We congratulate our student on taking part in this meaningful event, which brings together zero waste awareness and the culinary arts, and wish him continued success in his work in the field of sustainable gastronomy.
