Department of Support Services

The Department of Support Services is the central administrative unit that manages facility management and operational support processes with a holistic approach, ensuring that education, research and administrative activities across all campuses of Ankara Medipol University are carried out without interruption, safely and to high operational standards.

As part of the effective operation of the university's physical and operational infrastructure, our Department coordinates cleaning services, catering services, security operations, CCTV and electronic security systems management, resource planning, inventory management, lost property processes, logistics and warehouse operations, cargo and internal distribution processes, procurement support operations, landscaping and grounds maintenance services, as well as integrated facility management activities.

In line with a modern approach to campus management, our Department is not merely a support unit that carries out day-to-day operations; it is also a center of operational excellence that plans, develops and sustains the university's service infrastructure from a strategic perspective.

Within this scope, our Department:

• Monitors physical infrastructure needs and operational nonconformities across the campus, 
• Plans grounds maintenance, landscaping and space layout processes, 
• Coordinates moving, logistics and transportation operations, 
• Provides operational support for institutional events and organizations, 
• Manages quality standards for security, cleaning and facility services, 
• Optimizes inventory and resource utilization processes, 
• Continuously improves operational efficiency and service quality.

Thanks to our integrated facility management approach, safe, orderly, efficient and user-oriented living spaces are created across all campuses of our university, and a strong operational infrastructure is provided so that academic and administrative units can focus on their core activities.
