Nomination Procedure

- Erasmus+ Student Mobility for Studies

If you wish to undertake an Erasmus+ Student Mobility for Studies at Ankara Medipol University as an Erasmus+ exchange student, you must first contact your home university. Only students who have been officially nominated by their home institution are eligible to apply.

Nomination

The Erasmus Office of your home institution must nominate you by sending an e-mail to [email protected] by the following deadlines:

Autumn Semester: 30 June
Spring Semester: 30 November

The nomination e-mail must include the following information:

Student's First Name
Student's Last Name
Home Institution
Faculty/School
Department/Programme
Year of Study
Nationality
E-mail Address
Degree Level (Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral)
Mobility Type (Erasmus+ Student Mobility for Studies or Erasmus+ Student Mobility for Traineeships)
Semester of Mobility (Autumn or Spring)
Home Institution Erasmus Office contact details
Home Institution Erasmus Coordinator's name and contact details

Application

Once a student has been officially nominated, Ankara Medipol University will contact the student directly and provide detailed information regarding the application procedure, required application documents, course catalogues, and other relevant aspects of the mobility process.

Nominated students are required to complete the online application and submit all required documents in full. The required application documents must be sent to [email protected] by the following deadlines:

Autumn Semester: 31 August

Spring Semester: 31 December

Students may apply for the Autumn Semester, Spring Semester, or the entire academic year, depending on the relevant application period.

Language Requirements

The language of instruction in most of the programs at Ankara Medipol University is English. Therefore, applicants whose native language is not English are required to have sufficient English language proficiency to follow courses conducted in English.
