Mission and Vision

MISSION

Our mission is to carry out all personnel rights and other procedures granted to our University's academic and administrative staff by laws, decree-laws, regulations, directives and other legislation completely, accurately and promptly, with a sense of responsibility; to work in synergy with the relevant  units of our University; to monitor changes in legislation, interpret them correctly and ensure their timely implementation; and to provide all academic and administrative staff with the necessary support, with continuous improvement as our goal.

VISION

Our vision is to ensure and sustain the highest level of efficiency in service  by coordinating the human resources of the units in our University's organizational chart at the highest level, and to contribute to our University becoming an institution whose workforce consists of happy employees who continuously improve the quality of their services, adapt to current technological developments, and are entrepreneurial, collaborative, dynamic, inquisitive, eager to learn, able to apply what they learn, problem-solving, self-developed and with a strong sense of belonging  and to our University achieving its mission and vision.
