LimeSurvey

Satisfaction surveys for students, alumni and staff are conducted using the open-source LimeSurvey platform, which is fully integrated with MEBİS. By focusing on feedback from participants across our university, this enables the continuous improvement of our services and processes.

The survey data collected is analyzed in detail using powerful analytics tools such as MS Power BI.

• LimeSurvey supports a wide variety of question types. The survey builder allows users to create open-ended, multiple-choice and rating questions, along with many other question types.
• Users can copy and reuse predefined survey templates to create their surveys quickly.
• Surveys can be distributed in a number of ways. LimeSurvey supports sharing surveys directly, sending them by e-mail and many other methods.
• Survey participants can be imported from MEBİS or from lists you have prepared.
• Users can schedule surveys to open and close within a specific date range.
• LimeSurvey offers user-friendly tools for analyzing survey results, which can be visualized through charts, reports and statistics.
• By defining different user profiles and roles, LimeSurvey allows multiple users to manage surveys.
