Asset Management – “BEAM”

The BEAM program, defined as “Asset (Fixed Asset) Management,” is used at Ankara Medipol University to manage the institution’s assets digitally. Through this program, the purchasing, procurement and warehouse processes are tracked via the system. The program also keeps a record of the assignment of IT inventory to staff.

As part of this process, an “Asset Inventory Count” was carried out at our university. The inventory items were recorded and their quantities were entered into the BEAM program, so that inventory is now tracked digitally.
